GomSpace is expected to release its Q2 2026 interim report on 26 August 2026. On the same day at 12:00 CEST, GomSpace's CEO, Carsten Drachmann, will present the results in a live online event, followed by a Q&A session.
In the first quarter of 2026, GomSpace carried its momentum from a landmark 2025 into the new year. Revenue rose 43% year-on-year to SEK 126.7m, while order intake more than doubled (+104%) to SEK 117.0m, driven mainly by Satellite Systems. Adjusted EBITDA was SEK 13.8m, corresponding to an 11% margin. Free cash flow was negative at SEK -59.7m, reflecting working-capital build and frontloaded investments as the company scales, with cash in bank of SEK 226.9m at quarter-end.
For 2026, management is guiding for revenue of SEK 540–640m and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 5–12%, implying revenue growth of more than 30% at the midpoint. Significant strategic investments are expected to keep free cash flow negative for the year.
Since the Q1 report, GomSpace has announced a series of new orders and strengthened its balance sheet. Recent wins include a SEK 34m satellite platform kit order, a SEK 24.4m contract with Unseenlabs, and a 2 MEUR (SEK 22.2m) contract supporting ESA's RAMSES mission to the Apophis asteroid. The company also strengthened its balance sheet through Peter Hargreaves' exercise of warrants.
The interim report will offer the first substantial read on GomSpace's trajectory against its full-year targets. Beyond the financials, investors are likely to focus on order intake momentum and backlog development as indicators of delivery confidence, on how the 4+1 business-unit model is shaping the margin mix, and on progress within the National & Defence Solutions and Advanced Missions segments. The sovereign-capabilities agenda, including the STETMAN joint venture in Ukraine and a planned satellite launch in autumn 2026, will also be in focus, as will cash flow, working capital, and any update on the past-due receivable from a large customer flagged in previous reports.
