Valuno Group AB (publ) ("the Company") announces that the fine of SEK 3,000,000 imposed by NGM's Disciplinary Committee on 10 June 2026 has now been paid in full.
The fine related to shortcomings in the Company's disclosure practices and corporate governance during a period of significant changes in management and the board. Since the decision, Valuno has continued its work to strengthen governance, disclosure practices, and regulatory compliance.
