<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The Nomination Committee of Solid Försäkringsaktiebolag (“Solid Försäkring”) presents the following proposal for resolution at the Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2026.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The Nomination Committee proposes five regular board members and no deputies.</p><p>The Nomination Committee proposes re-election of board members Fredrik Carlsson, Lisen Thulin, Martina Skande, Lars Benckert and Henrik Eklund.
