In accordance with the principles for appointing NP3 Fastigheter’s Nomination Committee adopted at the Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2023, the Chairman of the Board has convened a Nomination Committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
In accordance with NP3 Fastigheter’s “Instruction for the appointment of the Nomination Committee”, the three largest shareholders by voting rights, based on ownership as of 28 August 2026, have been offered seats on NP3’s Nomination Committee. One of the three largest shareholders by voting rights has chosen not to exercise its right to appoint a member and, in accordance with the Nomination Committee instruction, the right to appoint a member has therefore passed to the next largest shareholder by voting rights. The following Nomination Committee has been formed:
- AB Sagax has appointed David Mindus, CEO of AB Sagax.
- Bäckarvet Holding AB has appointed Anders Nilsson, former Board member of NP3 Fastigheter AB.
- Lannebo Kapitalförvaltning has appointed Per Trygg, Portfolio Manager of Lannebo Småbolag and Lannebo Småbolag Select.
- Nils Styf, Chairman of the Board of NP3 Fastigheter AB.
The shareholders who appointed members to the Nomination Committee together represented 36 percent of the votes as of 28 August 2026.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so by e-mail to: agarservice@np3fastigheter.se or by letter to NP3 Fastigheter AB, Nominating Committee, Box 12, SE-851 02 Sundsvall, Sweden, no later than 2 January 2027.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Sundsvall on 29 April 2027.
