AGLX: GreenDot acquires French advanced mechanical recycler RG Group

Agilyx
OSLO, Norway - 18 March 2026 - Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX, OTCQX: AGXXF) ("Agilyx" or
the "Company") reports GreenDot's acquisition of the French recycling company RG
Group and its two additional mechanical recycling sites for LDPE (Tence and
Saint-Pal-de-Mons), expanding the group's European footprint and capabilities to
deliver quality recyclate to packaging manufacturers and brands. RG has been
active since 2019, had a turnover of circa 20kEUR in 2025, and has 50 employees.

The acquisition marks GreenDot's first operational presence in France and
significantly enhances its expertise in Commercial and Industrial (C&I)
polyethylene film recycling. France's eco-modulation framework has created
strong incentives for recyclers and converters to incorporate more "Made in
Europe" materials. RG Group currently processes more than 20 kta of LDPE film,
with the potential of increasing capacity beyond 35 kta.

Laurent Auguste, CEO of GreenDot, said: "Integrating RG Group is an important
step in strengthening our European footprint and accelerating true circularity
for plastics. France is a key market, and with these new capabilities, we can
deliver even more high-quality recyclates to brands committed to sustainable
packaging."

RG Group strengthens the GreenDot Group's position as a rising European leader
in LDPE recycling across both household and post-commercial streams. With this
strategic move, the GreenDot group continues to expand its European presence and
reinforce its role as a leading provider of high-quality recycled plastics for
the packaging industry.

About Agilyx

recycling, focused on converting plastic waste into circular products and
value-creating solutions for the global plastics value chain. The Company works
with blue-chip partners and operates across mechanical recycling, advanced

in Europe through its ownership stake in GreenDot, a leading platform for
sourcing, processing, and supplying recycled plastic feedstock, and in the US
through strategic commercial arrangements and technology deployment. With funded
projects, reduced capital intensity, and a clear strategic focus, Agilyx is
positioned to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation in the

About the GreenDot group:
The GreenDot group is dedicated to address the plastic waste crisis by
developing solutions and assets which close the circularity loop of plastics
through the production of high-quality recyclates, including from difficult to
recycle waste streams. The group's portfolio spans both mechanical and chemical
recycling, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) licensing services as well as
consulting on EPR systems and design-for-recycling.

The foundation of the group was laid more than 35 years ago in Germany with Der
Grüne Punkt which created the world's first nationwide EPR program for household
packaging, including hard to recycle plastics like flexible films. Since then
the group constantly expanded its business areas in order to serve all
requirements of the circular economy for plastics. To date the group has
presences in Germany, Austria, Italy as well as France, and continues to widen
its global network.
